The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of solar collector installations, photovoltaic installations, heat pumps and biomass boilers in the following municipalities: Nowy Targ, Miasto Nowy Targ, Czorsztyn, Łapsze Niżne, Brzesko, Alwernia, Babice, Chrzanów, Libiąż and Trzebinia, which is being implemented as part of the project "Installation of renewable energy installations in the municipalities of Nowy Targ, the cities of Nowy Targ, Czorsztyn, Łapsze Niżne, Brzesko, Alwernia, Babice, Chrzanów, Libiąż and Trzebinia."

1. Delivery and assembly of solar collector installations in the municipalities of Nowy Targ, the cities of Nowy Targ, Czorsztyn, Łapsze Niżne, Brzesko, Alwernia, Babice, Chrzanów, Libiąż and Trzebinia, including:

1) preparation of conceptual designs of installation assembly for all locations where solar collectors are to be installed and obtaining the written approval of the Employer for them,

Note: The condition for the Contractor to proceed with the assembly of the installation on a given object is that the Employer accepts the concept described in item 1) above,

2) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Employer 914 sets of solar collector installations mounted on residential buildings of natural persons, including:

a) Nowy Targ Commune (459 sets in total),

b) Nowy Targ City (127 sets in total),

c) Czorsztyn Commune (40 sets in total),

d) Łapsze Niżne commune (207 sets in total),

e) Brzesko commune (20 sets in total),

f) Alwernia commune (20 sets in total),

g) Babice commune (total of 7 sets),

h) Chrzanów commune (total of 8 sets),

i) Libiąż Commune (total of 6 sets),

j) Trzebinia commune (20 sets in total),

3) disassembly of the existing hot water heater and disconnecting it from the existing installation (the disassembled heater remains at the disposal of the facility owner),

4) installation of a new hot water heater together with a mixing valve and integration into the hot water system circuit,

5) assembly and insulation of pipelines between collectors, pump group and hot water heater,

6) assembly of the pump group,

7) installation of temperature sensors in solar collectors and in the tank,

8) connecting the existing heat source to the hot water heater,

9) flushing with solar fluid and carrying out leakage tests of the solar installation,

10) filling, venting and properly adjusting the liquid flow and determining the correct pressure according to the solar collector manufacturer's instructions,

11) finishing at least in accordance with the original condition of the installation passages (plaster / insulation, passage through walls, ceilings, roof) and effective protection against atmospheric conditions of places outside the facility where assembly works were carried out,

12) programming and starting the automation system together with connecting the communication modem to the controller and fixing it to the wall next to the pump group,

13) training the installation user in operating the devices used. Each device should have the Operation and Maintenance Documentation, operating instructions and general installation diagram attached.

14) other elements included in Annex 1a to the ToR and the Contract Draft constituting Annex 2a to the ToR.

2. The detailed scope of work (Description of the Object of the Contract) is included in Annex 1a to the ToR (part 1 of the contract - solar collectors).

1. Delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations in the municipalities of Nowy Targ, the cities of Nowy Targ, Czorsztyn, Łapsze Niżne, Brzesko, Alwernia, Babice, Chrzanów, Libiąż and Trzebinia, including:

1) preparation of conceptual designs of installation assembly for all locations where photovoltaic installations are to be installed and obtaining the written approval of the Employer for them,

2) delivery and assembly based on technical documentation possessed by the Employer, 1578 sets of photovoltaic installations mounted on residential buildings of natural persons, including:

d) Łapsze Niżne commune (369 sets in total),

e) Brzesko Commune (63 sets in total),

i) Łibiąż commune (48 sets in total),

3) inverter assembly,

4) DC installation,

5) AC installation,

6) electric shock and overvoltage protection,

7) installation of grounding and equipotential bonding,

8) performing tests, tests and start-ups of the solar installation,

9) training users on the principles of proper operation of the solar installation together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their delivery to users,

10) preparation of notification documentation to the electricity supplier,

11) other elements included in Annex 1b to the ToR and the Draft Contract constituting Annex 2b to the ToR.

2. The detailed scope of works (Description of the Object of the Contract) is included in Annex 1b to the ToR (part 2 of the contract - photovoltaic installations).

1. Supply and installation of heat pumps in residential buildings located in the following municipalities: Nowy Targ, the city of Nowy Targ, Czorsztyn, Łapsze Niżne, Brzesko, Alwernia, Babice, Chrzanów, Libiąż and Trzebinia, including:

1) preparation of conceptual designs of installation assembly for all locations where heat pumps are to be installed and obtaining the written approval of the Employer for them,

2) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation possessed by the Employer 352 heat pumps, each with a capacity of min. 3.17 kW for preparing hot water, including:

a) Nowy Targ Commune (147 heat pumps),

b) the City of Nowy Targ (59 heat pumps),

c) Czorsztyn Commune (21 heat pumps),

d) Łapsze Niżne commune (67 heat pumps),

e) Brzesko commune (9 heat pumps),

f) Alwernia commune (8 heat pumps),

g) Babice commune (9 heat pumps),

h) Chrzanów commune (7 heat pumps),

i) Łibiąż commune (4 heat pumps),

j) Trzebinia commune (21 heat pumps),

3) installation of air ducts

4) connecting the hot water heater (heat pump) to the existing hot water, hot water and DHW circulation systems,

5) assembly of fittings, devices and other elements according to the technological scheme,

6) installation of the control system,

7) rinsing and pressure tests of the installation,

8) filling the installation,

9) starting the installation,

10) training users on the principles of proper operation of completed hot water pumps together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their delivery to users,

11) supplementing and sealing of defects after cable passage, making cold, hot and hot water installation cables necessary for connection with the designed system.

1. Delivery and assembly of biomass boilers in residential buildings in the municipalities of Nowy Targ, Łapsze Niżne, Alwernia, Babice, Chrzanów, Libiąż and Trzebinia, including:

1) preparation of conceptual designs of installation assembly for all locations where biomass boilers are to be installed and obtaining the written approval of the Employer for them,

2) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation possessed by the Employer, 230 biomass boilers for heating buildings in residential buildings together with their accessories, including:

a) Nowy Targ Commune (133 boilers in total),

b) Łapsze Niżne commune (85 boilers in total),

c) Alwernia commune (total of 2 boilers),

d) Babice commune (total of 2 boilers),

e) Chrzanów commune (total of 5 boilers),

f) Libiąż Commune (1 boiler in total),

g) Trzebinia commune (2 boiler in total),

3) installing the flue to the chimney,

4) installing system security,

5) making the boiler connection to the central heating system,

6) connecting the boiler to the domestic hot water system,

7) installation of circulation pumps,

8) installation of the control and regulation system,

9) carrying out tests, tests and start-ups of biomass boiler room installations,

10) restoration to its original condition of all affected surfaces, structural elements and other elements damaged or violated as a result of installation assembly,

11) training users on the principles of proper operation of the installed biomass boiler along with the development of detailed operating instructions and their delivery to users,

12) other elements included in Annex 1d to the ToR and the Contract Draft constituting Annex 2d to the ToR.
