The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to select 3 prime contractors who will compete for all or part of the following mission elements: AVP and ENQ, Pro, Act, Compliance Review, DET, OPC, AOR and DOE. They must have skills in the following network projects: electricity, gas, videocommunications, drinking water, public lighting, traffic signals and sanitation.
