Description:
Framework fOnline Learner Support Services for eCollege

SOLAS are looking for tenderer(s) to provide the following services to online eCollege learners across the Lot or Lots for which they are the provider:

1. Tutor support services.

2. Course and learning design services including structuring content, identifying appropriate resources & content, ongoing curation of content, designing ongoing formative assessments, designing learning aids, structuring feedback, and satisfaction capture points, designing peer/social/project/task-based learning opportunities

3. Administrative support services including providing pre-course and public information, maintaining public facing communications including Moodle and website, resolving queries, supporting learners, recording progress/outcomes/certifications, resolving post-course queries, gathering feedback, and gathering information for insight, quality assurance, and reporting

4. Technical support services including logging, resolving, or escalating courseware and Moodle access issues.


Computer Programming & Databases + IT Professional + Web & Graphic Design

SOLAS are looking for tenderer(s) to provide the following services to online eCollege learners across the Lot or Lots for which they are the provider:

1. Tutor support services.

2. Course and learning design services including structuring content, identifying appropriate resources & content, ongoing curation of content, designing ongoing formative assessments, designing learning aids, structuring feedback, and satisfaction capture points, designing peer/social/project/task-based learning opportunities

3.
