1) The subject of the contract is successive deliveries over a period of three years of ferric sulphate for the treatment of sewage and the treatment of sewage sludge for:
- Wastewater Treatment Plant "Płaszów" in Krakow, in the amount of about 2 200 Mg per year, or about 6 600 Mg within three years.
- Wastewater Treatment Plant "Kujawy" in Krakow, in the amount of about 1000 Mg per year, or about 3000 Mg within three years.
- Facilities belonging to the Department of Local Sewage Systems in Krakow, in the amount of about 100 Mg per year, or about 300 Mg within three years,
2. The above quantities are to be regarded as indicative. The actual amount of funds provided will result from the current needs of the ordering party and will not exceed the value specified in the contract.

- form - dark brown solution
- total iron content min. 11,2%
- iron sulphate min 50-35%
- pH < 1
- Fe2+ iron content max. 0,3%
