Taking out a long-term bank loan in 2022 in the amount of PLN 20,000,000.00, intended to finance the planned budget deficit of the City of Tarnowskie Góry and repayment of previously taken loans and credits and redemption of issued securities".

A detailed description of the item of the order shall include the annexes to the SWZ i.e.

- Description of the object of the order — Annex 2 to the SWZ,

- the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be introduced into the content of this agreement together with the annexes – Annex 9 to the SWZ.

The loan will be activated once or in tranches, the amount and date of which will be adapted to the needs of the Ordering Party, at its written request within 2 working days of its submission.
