The acquisition includes the supply of filters for mechanized ventilation equipment for real estate to subscribers under the terms specified in this call for tenders and its annexes.

The acquisition includes standard and special gauge bag filters, wide surface filters, activated carbon filters, cassette and small machine filters and filter mats, as well as other filters set out in Annex 1 to the Call for Tender, Energy and Price Basket. During the contractual period, subscribers may also order other filters in the supplier's range from the contract vendor, which is why a sufficiently wide range of filters is required from the provider to be selected as a contract supplier. Products are required of high quality to achieve appropriate indoor air quality and calculate the total cost of indoor ventilation.

Companies belonging to the city or municipal ities group also have the option of using a contract supplier selected under this tender at the same prices and conditions.

On the basis of total financial affordability, one (1) bidder satisfying the terms of the tender offer shall be selected as the contract vendor. The acquisition is not divided into sections. No part offers will be accepted.

The actual contract period is scheduled to start on 1 May 2022 and end on 30 April 2024. In addition, the contracting entity reserves the opportunity to extend the contract one year at a time, but not more than two (2) years of option.

The acquisition does not include the obligation to purchase. The quantities (weighting coefficients) set out in the tender request and its annexes are estimates of the quantities of filters required during the year.
