The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste (including hazardous waste) from property owners in the municipality of Łomża in accordance with the provisions of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Łomża, the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, provincial waste management plans and the Act on waste.

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste (including hazardous waste) from property owners in the municipality of Łomża in accordance with the provisions of the regulations, WPGO, uucpg and the Waste Act. The scope of the contract applies to all residential properties that are located in the municipality of Łomża and uninhabited properties (including public places), where, according to uucpg, the Employer is obliged to maintain cleanliness and order (i.e., among others, properties owned by the Łomża Commune, communication stops). The list of addresses of these properties from which waste will be collected (including properties on which bio-waste is composted in home composters) will be forwarded by the Łomża Commune to the Contractor to whom the contract will be awarded, no later than one business day after signing the contract. The number of households from which municipal waste will be collected may change during the contract. The contracting authority will provide the Contractor with the information necessary for the proper performance of the contract, in particular regarding changes in the number and location of households subject to the obligation to collect waste. The Contractor's obligation will be the performance of the contract, taking into account the above changes within the amount of the contract amount offered.
