The subject of the contract is: "Delivery of valves" divided into two Parts

1. The subject of the contract is: "Successive supply of flange ball valves and ball valves with weld tips"

2. Detailed data of the subject of the contract and its scope are specified in Annex 1 and 4 to the SWZ.

3. The devices being the subject of the order must be brand new, unused, i.e. manufactured not earlier than 6 months before the date of their delivery to the Ordering Party and meet the requirements set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

4. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to offer for the entire range of devices from one manufacturer (within a given Part).

5. regarding Part 1: "Supply of flange ball valves and ball valves with welding tips".

5.1 The equipment being the subject of the contract must meet the requirements of:

- the Act of 16 April 2004 on construction products (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213) together with the implementing provisions to this Act,

- The Act of 30 August 2002 on the conformity assessment system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1344, as amended),

- Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11 July 2016 on requirements for pressure equipment and pressure equipment assemblies (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1036) introducing Directive 2014/68/EU into Polish law.

- Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC.

5.2. The equipment which is the subject of the contract must have:

- Data sheets of the offered devices in Polish containing a description of the design and materials used, operating parameters (maximum pressure and maximum temperature), cross-sectional drawings of fittings regarding the structural solutions of the unit sealing the shut-off element (ball) and valve stem along with the determination of the main dimensions.

- Declaration of conformity with Directive 2014/68/EU.

- Declaration of Performance in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC.

- Certificate PN-EN ISO 9001:2008 or newer, regarding the subject of the contract. or a newer one, concerning the subject of the contract, which the Contractor should obtain from the manufacturer from whom it will supply valves.

5.3 The required minimum quality guarantee period for the subject of the order: 24 months from the date of their protocol acceptance.

Warranty in accordance with the conditions set out in Chapters XVI and XIX of the SWZ.

6. Other conditions of the Contracting Authority concerning the subject of the contract are specified in Chapter XIX of this SWZ entitled "PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT CONTRACT RELEVANT TO THE PARTIES".

1. The subject of the contract is: "Successive delivery of ball valves with internal thread ()"

2. Detailed data of the subject of the contract and its scope are specified in Annex No. 2 and No. 5 to the SWZ.

3. The devices being the subject of the order must be brand new, unused, i.e. manufactured not earlier than 6 months before the date of their delivery to the Ordering Party and meet the requirements set out in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.

4. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to offer for the entire range of devices from one manufacturer (within a given Part).

5.1 The equipment which is the subject of the contract must:

- Have CE marking in accordance with applicable standards and regulations in this regard.

- Have a declaration of conformity or a copy of the declaration of performance in accordance with

with applicable standards and regulations in this regard.

- Have an EC Certificate of Conformity (Declaration of Conformity) with Directive 2014/68/EU on the essential requirements for pressure equipment and pressure equipment assemblies.

- Meet the requirements provided for in the Act of 16 April 2004 on construction products (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2020, item 215, as amended) together with the implementing provisions to this Act,

- Meet the requirements provided for in the Act of 30 August 2002 on the conformity assessment system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 155, as amended),

- Meet the requirements provided for in Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC.

- Meet the requirements provided for in the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11 July 2016 on requirements for pressure equipment and pressure equipment assemblies (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 211) introducing Directive 2014/68/EU into Polish law.

- Meet the requirements provided for in the requirements of EU ecological standards specified in the announcements of the President of the Polish Committee for Standardization on the list of harmonized standards.

- Have a PN-EN ISO 9001:2008 or newer Certificate, regarding the subject of the contract, which the Contractor should obtain from the manufacturer from whom he will provide dampers.

5.2 The required minimum quality guarantee period for the subject of the order: 36 months from the date of their protocol acceptance.

Warranty in accordance with the conditions set out in Chapters XVII and XX of the SWZ. Warranty period of 36 months is required.

6. Other conditions of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract are specified in Chapter XIX of this SWZ entitled "PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AGREEMENT RELEVANT TO THE PARTIES".
