At present, all tasks within the personnel and payroll administration are carried out in-house. Within the Human Resources Service, the aim is to maximize computer-digitization and to start a collaboration with a full social secretariat.
We continue to record a large part ourselves but propose a number of processes to outsourcing.
The assignment concerns the provision and implementation of an integrated personnel management system for Kortrijk that allows us to process data for correct payroll processing and ensures efficient personnel administration. The system is maintained with upgrades, including implementation of all changes and modifications imposed by the legislator.
The assignment then concerns the exploitation of the salary calculation by an external service provider, which is full services social secretariat. Under exploitation we understand the provision of necessary services for monthly calculation and v [...] (see command documents).
