Clarion Housing Group is seeking a panel of 3 suppliers to provide home ownership surveys for various purposes across different regions.

Home Ownership Surveys

Clarion Housing Group (CHG) wishes to appoint a panel of a minimum of 3 suppliers to carry

out work on Home Ownership Surveys

The Framework will run for a period of 4 years. The Framework may be used by Clarion

Housing Group (and other HAs, including G15).

Inner London

Clarion Housing Group (CHG) wishes to appoint a panel of a minimum of 3 suppliers to carry

out work on Home Ownership Surveys. The work will consist of providing Surveys for

Buybacks, Lease Enfranchisements, Lease Extensions, Loft Purchases, Restrictive

Covenants, Right to Buy and Right to Acquire

Outer London

Clarion Housing Group (CHG) wishes to appoint a panel of a minimum of 3 suppliers to carry

out work on Home Ownership Surveys. The work will consist of providing Surveys for

Buybacks, Lease Enfranchisements, Lease Extensions, Loft Purchases, Restrictive
