The Service provides supported housing for up to 12 people with medium to high needs.

The Service provides supported housing for up to 12 people with medium to high needs with one or more of the following diagnoses/ lived experience (please note that this list is not exhaustive):

• Mental health

• Learning disability

• Substance misuse

• Physical disability

• Forensic history

• Autism

The scheme is home to a range of individuals with varying complexities
