Eastbourne Borough Council’s Downland Estate is made up of a number of farms businesses and dwellings, all of which are served by a private water supply network.The Council requires a contractor to provide ongoing maintenance and management of this network to ensure continuity, good water quality and upgrades to the distribution network.
