Corserv Facilities Ltd are conducting the procurement for the purpose of procuring a Multi Supplier Framework for the supply of PVCu Windows and Doors. The appointed suppliers will be required to supply to Corserv Facilities, all directorates of Cornwall Council and the group of companies (including their statutory successors and wholly or partially owned organisations), who may at a later date adopt the terms and conditions of this framework arrangement. Whilst there is no guaranteed quantity or spend, the estimated value is likely to be in the region of £500,000 per annum. It is only the intention that Corserv Facilities will appoint to the Framework agreement the Top 3 suppliers which will be called off as per Supplier ranking order. The supplier who achieved the highest score in the evaluation for the framework, will be given the first opportunity to provide any call off requirements. If this supplier is unable to supply to the specification the supplier who achieved the second highest score in the evaluation will be given the opportunity to supply, again also if this supplier is unable this will go to the third supplier. In the event that the specification type varies in detail from the types quoted in this tender Corserv Facilities and its Group of Companies reserve the right to Benchmark any offers received to ensure they are competitive.
