The main aim of the service is for appropriately qualified, registered and experienced Educational Psychologists to assess the Special Educational Needs (SEND) of children and young people (0-25) and make recommendations about outcomes and provision to the Local Authority in contribution to the Education Health Care Assessment under the Children and Families Act 2014
