The Council seeks to establish a contract for bikeability cycle training, available to West Midlands local authorities, with a maximum of three suppliers appointed for each of the five designated lots.
Provision of bikeability cycle training. The Council wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of bikeability cycle training.
