Parking Enforcement - The Council is looking for a service provider to provide a flexible pool of skilled resources for deployment to manage the kerbside space. The Council will determine the level of Resources required and times of deployment, while the Service Provider manages these resources and the day-to-day operation.

Parking enforcement within the London Borough of Redbridge

Enforcement and reporting of engine idling

Review and processing of PCNs issued by enforcement cameras

Bay Suspension Signs erection and removal

Special Enforcement requests as instructed to include

School liaison

Events marshalling

Specific sites or hotspots

1st Line Maintenance of Pay and Display equipment

Change of Ticket rolls

Change of battery

Machine resets

Removal and Install of Tariff stickers

Site visits, site surveys, signage reviews and defect reporting

Erection and removal of Public Notices

Leaflet dropping services as requested

Compliance monitoring

Attending local meetings related to parking issues

To support the relocation of vehicles relating to suspensions or abandoned vehicles

Answering the dedicated “Request For Action” telephone line where members of public can request enforcement action

Assisting members of the public in relation to parking issues or enquiries on street

Officers available to attend Redbridge Action Days (RAD)
