A framework is being established for Arboriculture Works in the Cheshire East area, requiring suppliers to meet specific criteria and pass assessments for potential appointment.
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT- Provision of Arboriculture Works. Ansa is introducing a framework for Arboriculture Works required in the Cheshire East area. Arboriculture Works will be required at a number of sites across Cheshire East. The nature of sites and locations will differentiate for each project.
Framework Agreement. Suppliers are required to pass the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire and achieve a quality score of greater than 50% to be appointed to the framework. Up to 5 suppliers will be appointed to the framework. If more than 5 suppliers achieve a score of greater than 50% then the five top scoring suppliers will be appointed to the framework. The qualifying criteria are essentially the minimum standards that the supplier must meet and maintain throughout the period of the Framework Agreement. The framework agreement will operate a dual process for awarding works as below: *Direct Award *Further Competition Ansa offers no guarantee of the amount, type or frequency of works which may be available under this Contract. During the Contract, Ansa may request new requirements from their business growth to be included within the contract. This will be advised to the Suppliers on a case by case basis.
