Description:
Management of RBK's Housed in Multiple Occupation properties, providing support for residents and coordinating responses to the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol during winter months.
Rough Sleepers Initiative Lot 2 Management of RBK HMO including support & SWEP. Lot 2 - Management of RBK HMO including support and SWEP To deliver RBK’s Housed in Multiple Occupation (4 properties, 24 rooms in total) and support for individuals within that accommodation plus use/management of Personal Budgets and to deliver a Scalable local response to the GLA’s triggering of the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol during the winter months (Dec-Mar). The Lot 2 services are intrinsically linked to the services previously awarded to a provider for Rough Sleeping Services Lot 1 - Outreach/ Inreach service, Navigator service & use of provider’s own HMO accommodation (8 rooms) including support. Should the services/ intervention for Lot 2 be awarded to a different provider the Authority's expectation of both providers would be that they establish a sufficiently close working partnership to ensure service users are provided with the required integrated service offer.
