The work required under this contract is a comprehensive domestic and commercial reactive maintenance and repair service covering all day-to-day emergency and reactive repairs to Breckland District Council's Property portfolio. The portfolio consists of, in the main, industrial units, multi tenanted offices, operational buildings, land sites, carparks, green spaces, communal areas within estates, hard surface areas, a selection of residential properties including some multi occupancy dwellings.
