Subcontract delivery of Adult Skills Fund programmes for Construction Skills within the West Midlands Combined Authority region, including Construction Gateway courses and operator tickets, starting August 2024.
Subcontract delivery of Adult Skills Fund programmes (previously AEB) for Construction Skills. The tender requirement is for a contract for the provision of Adult Skills Fund ‘ASF’ (formally Adult Education Budget ‘AEB’) programmes, related inside the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) region. Specifically, this requirement is for Construction Skills training to include Construction Gateway courses like Rail Engineering Track Maintenance, Plant Machinery, Groundworks, CSCS and other operator tickets
Please refer to the Guidance document. The contract will be a fixed term contract starting 01 August 2024 with a completion date of 31 July 2027 with a funding value currently anticipated as up to £1.5m pa ASF income of which £1.2m pa will be awarded to subcontract provision.
