Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking qualified contractors to provide Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Services for employees at Mansfield District Council and Ashfield District Council.
GENERAL OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES AND EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMMES. Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Mansfield District Council (MDC), who are sufficiently experienced and qualified contractors to establish a contract to provide Occupational Health & Employee Assistance Services for the employees at MDC and Ashfield District Council (ADC) The Authorities’ detailed requirements are defined in the Service Specification outlined in Part 3 – Specification. The 2 services are split into 2 Lots; Occupational Health Services is Lot 1 and Employee Assistance Programmes is Lot 2. Suppliers can bid for 1 Lot or both Lots General Occupational Health Services Lot 1 – General Occupational Services Employee Assistance Programmes The Service Provider will provide online access to Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) Resources and access to confidential face to face or telephone counselling for all employees, either via self or management referral
