National Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and Void works (Regions). The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Lots Lot 1 – Scotland and the Northeast Lot 2 – North Lot 3 – Midlands Lot 4 – South East One bidder will be appointed for each lot, providing high quality and value for money. Bidders are permitted to bid for one or more lots however bidders will be awarded a maximum of 1 lot. There may be the opportunity for the winning bidder to quote for additional planned works throughout the duration of the contract period. Contract term The anticipated Contract duration is 5 years with the option to extend by a further 4 years (2+2) subject to performance.
