The project involves providing care and support services for individuals with adult social care needs living in three extra care housing schemes, in conjunction with North Tyneside's Extra Care Services 2024 Framework.
Extra Care Services 2024 - Mini Competition. This project is being run in conjunction with North Tyneside's Extra Care Services 2024 Framework currently open for submissions under reference number DN740930. Only suppliers successfully appointed to the Framework will be considered for these extra care schemes. This Service Specification relates to the care and support services delivered in three extra care schemes. The Service will support people who are assessed as having an adult social care need, who live in their own home in an extra care housing scheme.
