Description:
The initiative aims to provide supported accommodation and community-based support for vulnerable individuals aged 16-24 to prevent homelessness, including those facing various challenges such as substance abuse, mental health issues, and being care leavers.
Supported Accommodation to Reduce Homelessness - Under 25's. Supported Accommodation contract which will include a mix of supported housing and community based support which seeks to prevent homelessness for vulnerable and socially excluded clients.
Support for Service Users aged between 16-24 years inclusive, who are Homeless or at risk of becoming Homeless, including those with chaotic lives (including drug and alcohol use, offending behaviour, mental health problems, learning difficulties), care leavers, unaccompanied 16-18 year old, teenage parents through Supported Accommodation. The Service includes Support for Service Users who require Floating Support. The Service will also provide Crisis Beds.
