Description:
De Montfort University is seeking a contractor for planned maintenance, repairs, and 24/7 call-out service for Building Energy Management System assets over an initial three-year period, extendable to five years based on performance.
Provision of Building Energy Management System Maintenance and Repair. De Montfort University ("the University") requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out Planned Maintenance and Repairs to Building Energy Management System assets (listed in the TREND site summary document) along with providing a 24-hour, seven-day call out service to attend to breakdowns.The University proposes to enter into Contract for an initial period of three years commencing 1st August 2024 with the option to extend to a maximum total five years by way of two subsequent one-year extensions, subject to satisfactory performance over each period as reviewed against the specification and contract together with pricing.
