The purpose of this document is to give detailed guidance on the requirements for the annual inspection/service and maintenance of all Lightning Protection Systems and Fall Protection Systems across the groups stock inclusive of annual service and force test.  This tender covers both The Riverside Group (TRG) and One Housing Group (OHG) part of TRG.  We will appoint 1 contractor per lot to deliver these services across TRG/OHG Nationally.  The tender is being broken into 2 lots: Lot 1 – Fixed Fall Protection – Service, Maintenance and Repair - National Lot 2 – Lightning Protection – Service, Maintenance and Repair – National You can bid for one or both lots and can win one or both lots. If bidding for both lots you can offer a % discount if you win both lots.
