Horsham District Council, Crawley Borough Council, Mole Valley District Council and Mid Sussex District Council invite tenders for the provision of cleaning services. This tender process is split into three separate Lots, each with differing requirements and contract terms. Bidders may submit bids for one or multiple Lots.

Lot 1 - Office Cleaning and General Cleaning Services of free to access public facing areas such as toilet blocks, community centres within Crawley Borough, Horsham District and Mole Valley District.

The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on 25th June 2024 at 00:00 hours. The Contract for Lot 1 will be awarded for a period of 4 years until 24th June 2028, with an option to extend for a further 2-year period subject to performance and the discretion of the Council.

Lot 2 - General Cleaning services at The Capitol, Park Barn and The Museum & Art Gallery, Horsham District Council, and Dorking Halls, Mole Valley District Council.

The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on 25th June 2024 at 00:00 hours. The Contract for Lot 2 will be awarded for a period of 4 years until 24th June 2028, with an option to extend for a further 2-year period subject to performance and the discretion of the Council.

Lot 3 - Office Cleaning and General Cleaning Services of free to access public facing areas such as toilet blocks, pavilions and community centres within Mid-Sussex District

1.0.5. The contract for Lot 3 will be awarded for a period of 4 years until 24th June 2028, with an option to extend for a further 2-year period subject to performance and the discretion of the Council but will also include a break clause.
