A contractor is sought for main works at two community-led housing schemes in Ilfracombe and Mortehoe/Woolacombe.

This is a procurement exercise to appoint a contractor or contractors for the main works at two CLT schemes Ilfracombe and Morthoe and Woolacombe for Aster Homes.The procurement is split into two lots, to cover each of the schemes.
