Window Cleaning

GPHG is re-procuring its window cleaning contracts, covering approximately 500 schemes across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, High Peak, North East Derbyshire & South Yorkshire. The total contract value is estimated to be in the region of £1,500,000 over five years, but this will be split into five geographical lots, with the number of schemes per lot ranging between 40 & 148, and the value ranging between c. £25,000 & c. £85,000 per annum. Suppliers are invited to tender for any or all lots, but no Supplier will be contracted for any more than two lots.

The dwellings concerned are, in the main, blocks of flats and Sheltered and Supported Housing Schemes, though there are also a small number of houses and offices.
