Provision of a Framework for Construction Contractors. London Borough of Hackney council seeks to procure a Corporate Property Asset Management Construction Contractors Framework required to support the delivery of the Council’s CPAM Capital programme in a suite of 3 lots: Lot 1 Mechanical; Lot 2 Electrical; Lot 3 Fabric Mechanical Heating, hot water and gas installations, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems Electrical EICR testing, electrical rewiring, installation of new power, lighting and control systems also electrical ventilation systems and fire related issues. Fabric Internal/external alterations, new-build, alterations/extensions, refurbishments, fit-outs, fabric work, and external works. This also includes Fire Alarm installation and fire remedial works.
