The work comprises the complete demolition of the existing retaining wall to the

rear of the existing tenement properties at 13-37 St. Monance Street, Glasgow and includes the breaking

out and removal of all sub-structures and foundations, the construction of a new retaining wall, and the

making good of all disturbed ground and landscaping, etc. on completion of works.

This procurement is a Non-Regulated Works procurement following the Open procedure.
