Curo is seeking bids for Water Safety Servicing divided into two lots: Lot 1 involves delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme (PPM) and remedial works, while Lot 2 focuses on Water Risk Assessments across Curo sites.
Water Safety Servicing. Curo are inviting Bids for Water Safety Servicing across Curo Sites. The Water Safety Servicing requirement is divided into two Lots. Both Lot 1 and 2 will be for an initial term of two (2) years with a one (1) year extension. Lot 1: Curo wish to appoint a single contractor to deliver Curo’s Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme (PPM) across Curo sites. The Contractor will carry out the PPM Programme as outlined in each sites current Legionella Risk Assessment, and in accordance with HSG 274 Part 2 and Curo’s written scheme/instructions. In addition to the PPM Programme the Contractor will deliver any remedial works related to the requirement that is required by Curo. Lot 2: Curo wish to appoint a single contractor to deliver Curo's Water Risk Assessments across Curo's sites. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME (PPM PROGRAMME) Curo wish to appoint a single Contractor to deliver Curo’s annual Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme (PPM Programme) across Curo sites.The Contractor will carry out the PPM Programme as outlined in each sites current Legionella Risk Assessment, and in accordance with HSG 274 Part 2 and Curo’s written scheme / instructions.In addition to the PPM Programme the Contractor will also deliver any remedial works related to the requirement that are required by Curo.The Contractor is to supply service certificates for all periodic water safety servicing per asset, completion certificates for any remedial works conducted and supply site logbooks where necessary.
