Assist Buyer in managing water safety across the estate and complying with UK Health and Safety Legislation including COSHH, HSG274, and L8 ACOP for controlling water systems and legionella bacteria exposure.
DWP Water Safety Management Services. The Supplier shall assist the Buyer in complying with its statutory duty to manage water safety across the Buyer’s estate and comply with all UK Health and Safety Legislation and guidance including but not limited to compliance with COSHH, HSG274 and L8 ACOP in relation to the control of water systems and the risk from exposure to legionella bacteria.
