Gloucestershire County Council seeks a provider for a Sexual Health & Wellbeing Outreach Service aimed at educating and supporting vulnerable populations to improve sexual health outcomes.
Sexual Health & Wellbeing Outreach Service. This procurement is conducted in accordance with The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (“PSR 2023”). This is a PSR opportunity. Gloucestershire County Council (‘the Council’), recognizing the importance of safe, consensual, and healthy sexual activity and the impact that poor sexual health can have on individuals and communities, wishes to procure a provider for a Sexual Health & Wellbeing Outreach Service for the provision of primary prevention. The service will be delivered to targeted population groups most vulnerable to poor sexual health outcomes and include the provision of education and support to enable individuals to protect themselves against poor sexual health; understand more about healthy relationships; and feel assured in their choices and rights in relation to sex
This procurement is conducted in accordance with The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (“PSR 2023”). This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This is a PSR opportunity for the delivery of Sexual Health & Wellbeing Outreach Service. The contract will be for 3 years with option to extend for an additional 2 years (3+2). The yearly value is £104,491.00. (£522,455.00 full contract 5 years value) The anticipated contract start date is 01 April 2025 and end date is 31 March 2028 with optional extension with a contract end date of 31 March 2030.
