Framework for the hire of self-drive vehicles, divided into lots including passenger/light commercial, heavy commercial, and plant hire, with fixed rate ad-hoc call-off arrangements for Liverpool City Region councils and schools within St Helens borough.
Vehicle Hire Self Drive - St Helens Borough Council. Passenger/Light Commercial & Heavy Commercial & Plant Hire Framework for the hire of self drive vehicles. The opportunity will be divided into Lots, LOT 1 - 6 Passenger & Light Commercial Hire, LOT 7 – Adapted Minibuses, Lot 8 - Heavy Commercial & Plant Hire. LOT 1 - 6 will be awarded on a fixed rate ad-hoc Call Off arrangement as and when required for use by the Liverpool City Region (LCR) which include St. Helens, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral and Liverpool Council’s and will be managed via the Council’s respective Fleet Manager or their representative. The hire contract will also be utilised by schools within the borough of St Helens, they will be responsible for organising their hire requirements directly with the hire company. Lot 1 Hire of Cars and MPV's Passenger/Light Commercial & Heavy Commercial & Plant Hire LOT 1 - Hire of Cars and MPV's awarded on a fixed rate ad-hoc Call Off arrangement as and when required for use by the Liverpool City Region (LCR) which include St. Helens, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral and Liverpool Council’s Hire of 4 x 4's Passenger/Light Commercial & Heavy Commercial & Plant Hire LOT 2 - Hire of C4 x 4's awarded on a fixed rate ad-hoc Call Off arrangement as and when required for use by the Liverpool City Region (LCR) which include St. Helens, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral and Liverpool Council’s Hire of Vans up to 3500Kg Passenger/Light Commercial & Heavy Commercial & Plant Hire LOT 3 - Hire of Vans up to 3500kg awarded on a fixed rate ad-hoc Call Off arrangement as and when required for use by the Liverpool City Region (LCR) which include St. Helens, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral and Liverpool Council’s Hire of Tippers up to 3500kg Passenger/Light Commercial & Heavy Commercial & Plant Hire LOT 4 - Hire of Tippers up to 3500kg awarded on a fixed rate ad-hoc Call Off arrangement as and when required for use by the Liverpool City Region (LCR) which include St. Helens, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral and Liverpool Council’s Hire of Minibuses up to 17 seats Passenger/Light Commercial & Heavy Commercial & Plant Hire LOT 5 - Hire of Minibuses up to 17 seats awarded on a fixed rate ad-hoc Call Off arrangement as and when required for use by the Liverpool City Region (LCR) which include St. Helens, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral and Liverpool Council’s Hire of Petrol Cars Passenger/Light Commercial & Heavy Commercial & Plant Hire LOT 6 - Hire of Petrol Cars awarded on a fixed rate ad-hoc Call Off arrangement as and when required for use by the Liverpool City Region (LCR) which include St. Helens, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral and Liverpool Council’s Hire of Adapted Minibuses Passenger/Light Commercial & Heavy Commercial & Plant Hire LOT 7 - Hire of Adapted Minibuses suppliers are not required to supply rates but will be entered onto a framework for each vehicle they are able to provide. A mini competition will be conducted when a vehicle is required with all suppliers registered in the relevant vehicle category Hire of Heavy Commercial Vehicles Passenger/Light Commercial & Heavy Commercial & Plant Hire LOT 8 - Hire of Heavy Commercial Vehicles suppliers are not required to supply rates but will be entered onto a framework for each vehicle they are able to provide. A mini competition will be conducted when a vehicle is required with all suppliers registered in the relevant vehicle category
