NRW Chemical Spraying Framework 2025 to 2029. NRW is responsible for the management of the Welsh Government Woodland Estate and land in our care. NRW is certified by both the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) to meet the UK Woodland Assurance Standard (UKWAS).
