Grounds Maintenance Services

These sites are split over 4 Lots, as set out below and further specified in Appendix A:

Lot 1 – Torfaen

Lot 2 – Newport Chepstow, Caldicot, Rogeit, Magor

Lot 3 – Blaenau Gwent

Lot 4 – Monmouth Usk, Abergavenny, Goytre

Applicants can only be successful for a maximum of 2 Lots per one applicant.

Applicants are to provide a high-quality grounds maintenance service which is effective, efficient, and responsive to the needs of Residents and community at Melin Homes.
