3.3. The requirements of the Ordering Party are described in Appendix 6, at the same time the Ordering Party informs that failure to meet any of the Parameters Required by the Ordering Party will result in rejection of the offer.

3.4. NOTE: CONFIDENTIALITY REQUIREMENTS

3.4.1. Acting pursuant to Article 133(3) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves that Annex 14 to the description of the subject of the contract is confidential and the Contractors who gain access to it are obliged not to disseminate it and not to use it for purposes other than the preparation of the offer and possible implementation of this contract, under pain of liability for damages. These documentation is not and will not be publicly published on the Ordering Party's website.

3.4.2. The basis for providing detailed documentation is the submission of the "Application for access to classified information" – Annex 5 to the SWZ, which must be prepared in Polish. The application can also be sent in an electronic version (e-mail).
