Description:

Provision of services in the field of forest management in the area of the Żagań Forest District in 2024.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, as well as works in the field of nursery and seed production, to be carried out in the area of the Żagań Forest District in 2024.

Package I - Provision of forest management services in the area of forestry: Cietrzewo, Karliki;

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, to be performed in the Żagań Forest District in 2024.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, resulting from Annex 2 to swz, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds);

Attachment No. 2.4.2. - a list of items not available for renewal with the help of a planter;

Attachment No. 2.4.3 - Planting places where it is necessary to pit seedlings

Package X – Package X – Specialty package – Mechanical work in the field of silviculture.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – the "Forest Act") including works in the field of seeds, to be performed in the area of the Żagań Forest District in 2022.

The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes works in the field of seed and chemical drainage resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1 - planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.4.3 - Planting sites where it is necessary to pit seedlings;

Package II - Provision of services in the field of forest management in the following forests: Mirostowice, Trzebów;
