The subject of the contract is the purchase and distribution of gas fuel for the needs of the facilities of organizational units of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship - (comprehensive agreement).
The subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the following legal regulations:
1) The Law of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law"
2) Announcement of the Minister of Energy of 16 May 2018 on the publication of a uniform text of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the gas system (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1158)
3) Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 21 September 2018 amending the regulation on specific conditions for the operation of the gas system (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1814)
4) the Act of 6 December 2008 on excise duty (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 143, as amended).

The proceedings cover 37 gas consumption points with a volume (estimated consumption during the term of the contract) amounting to 20 479 915 kWh belonging to entities indicated in Chapter IV, point 5 of the SWZ.
The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the OPZ constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ and in the contract template constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.
The detailed scope of the subject of the contract includes a Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ), constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
