this Contract concerns the selection of an external service provider capable of measuring, analyzing, and monitoring the level of consideration of the ESG of the FRR's Financial Asset Portfolio

The service must cover the following areas of expertise: - An ESG, controversies and arming analysis of FRR portfolios incorporating quantitative data as well as a dynamic qualitative analysis, including changes between two (2) years or more, written by an ESG analyst once a year. The seven (7) FRR Asset Class Portfolios and their seven (7) benchmarks will be communicated to the service provider in mid-December of each year for delivery of the report at the beginning of the following year.

- a summary presentation to the FRR in French of its report (written Powerpoint presentation and oral presentation).

- restitution of raw data: The Account Holder provides the FRR, in an Excel file, with the raw data underlying the constitution of the report (including tables and graphs) used to measure and analyze the environmental and climate footprint of the Portfolio as well as those of the entire universe covered by the Holder, for control purposes.
