With this market consultation, TU Delft wants to make an inventory of how the current user hardware market is set up and gain more insights into the Device as a Service service component.

TU Delft will discuss three scenarios that it wants to investigate:

1. Full Device as a Service (DaaS) service provided by one (1) supplier;

2. Purchase user hardware and services from one (1) vendor;

3. Purchase user hardware and services through separate agreements/journeys with multiple vendors.
