Open procedure, entirely managed with telematic systems, for the execution of non-destructive tests with the ultrasonic method (US) aimed at finding defects inside the rail, welding, track equipment and joints, on the entire network of the National Railway Infrastructure

Single lot CIG 9763620A1A. Amount placed on the basis of the tender 14,611,916.04 net of VAT, of which € 144,672.44 for charges relating to the implementation of security plans, not subject to reduction.

The service must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Technical Specifications attached to the Tender Regulations.

The national collective labour agreement of reference is METALWORKING

In this tender procedure, we will proceed pursuant to art. 133 paragraph 8 of Legislative Decree 50/2016

The services covered by the contract concern:

- US and Eddy Current survey with "rolling" system using wagons and / or instrumented diesel truck;

- US survey by means of single-row trolley for ultrasonic rail inspections;

- US post-processing for surveys with instrumented rolling stock, with single-row trolley for ultrasonic inspections of the rail;

- Data analysis of Eddy Current surveys;

- Service of guide of work vehicle owned by RFI or Contractor in interruption regime for the execution of US surveys and related training course for knowledge Means of work for driving in interrupt mode;

- Periodic verification tests of the performance of the ultrasonic system (US) installed on the wagon, on the truck and on the single-row trolley;

- Lease, including Full Maintenance Service, of single-row trolleys for US inspections and related theoretical and field training to RFI personnel.

The award procedure is called pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 (Public Contracts Code) and Presidential Decree 207/2010 - limited to the rules still in force pursuant to art. 216 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 - for the part applicable to the so-called Special Sectors.
