The purpose of this service contract is to conclude a multi-contractor framework agreement in order to benefit from IT support services through the provision of external resources. The initial term of this Framework Agreement will be three (3) years, renewable five (5) times annually for a total duration of eight (8) years. The Procuring Entity shall annually put the successful tenderers out to competition in subsequent contracts.
