This consultation concerns the supply of food necessary for the operation of the municipal community catering in the city of Sotteville-lès-Rouen (lot 20: frozen fish sustainable fishing). The city produces and delivers cold food for school/recreation, seniors (RPA and home portage) and municipal agents from its central kitchen located on Chemin du Halage, 76300 Sotteville-lès-Rouen. Meal production volume averages 2,200 meals per day during school periods and 350 meals per day outside school. This consultation has already been the subject of a previous consultation procedure. Lot No. 20 has been declared unfolded by the public buyer, and this consultation concerns the relaunch of this procedure.

Frozen fish sustainable fishing. The framework agreement is entered into without a minimum or maximum amount. The duration is forty-eight months redeductions included. Lot concluded in single attributer and executed by purchase orders. The city reserves the possibility to resort to a third party within the limit of 10% of the amount of each lot, this case will be the only case where it will be made exception to the exclusivity of the attributer. This notice includes any additional contracts in accordance with Article R. 2122-4 of the Public Order Code, for supplies involving the same technical nature as those provided for in the contract. The criteria for analysis are presented in section 6.1 of the CR. The parts to be submitted are indicated in section 5 of the CR.
