Object planning work phases 2-8.

Zoologischer Garten Halle GmbH is planning the demolition of the existing gastronomy on Seebener Straße as well as partial demolitions at Reilsburg. There, the new building of an entrance building, the construction of a subsequent mountain trail and the establishment of a climbing and adventure world will take place there. It is also planned to renovate the colonnades in accordance with the monument and to expand the current elephant enclosure.

The project is divided into the following subprojects:

New building entrance to the hall including demolition; Refurbishment of colonnades; Partial demolition and reconstruction Reilsburg; New construction

There are documents from planning phases 1-2. The currently estimated construction costs (KG 200 to 400) amount to EUR 5.2 million net.

It is planned to implement the project with funding from the GRW funding program. In addition, application documents (according to ZBAU) must be prepared by 10/2019 at the latest. Subsequently, the construction-related examination is carried out by the BLSA. The new building should be completed by the end of 2023.

The subject of the advertised contract are pro rata services of the object planning of the service phases 2-8 according to Part 3 Object Planning Buildings and Interiors §§ 34 i. V. m. Annex 10 HOAI 2013.

The services are ordered in stages / optional. Initially, only the pro rata services of phases 2-3 will be awarded to the contract. Stepwise / optional it is planned to commission the LP 4, then the LP 5-7 and then the LP 8. An unconditional legal right to commission the further services does not exist.

It is pointed out that the client has provided some services himself and has commissioned a project controller. Therefore, not all work phases are commissioned at 100%.
