The target of the procurement is the city of Haapajärvi's non-personalised design services for new and renovation construction.

A maximum of three (3) consultancies will be selected through a call for tenders for the different areas of work mentioned below. A framework agreement is concluded with the selected suppliers, and project-specific orders can later be placed on the basis of the agreement. The tasks are not identified at this stage, but the scope and objectives of the task are defined when each individual contract is concluded.

The task of the BIM is to guide the project's BIM process, data transfer and cooperation between the parties. It is also essential to align the schedule goals of BIM with the general schedules of the project so that the data content of the models produced by different parties is available at the right time and in the right format.

The BIM coordinator supports master planning. The main task of the BIM coordinator is to combine the models, review the composite model and report to the project parties as part of the coordination of the plans.
