The object of the order is to carry out the following works on the territory of Warsaw:

1) winter cleaning of sidewalks and parking spaces,

2) summer cleaning of sidewalks and parking spaces,

3) winter cleaning of stops,

4) summer cleaning of stops,

5) winter cleaning of roads for bicycles,

6) collecting pollutants from the main communication routes,

7) ad hoc cleansing,

8) intervention purification,

9) ad hoc snow removal along with sprinkling of the indicated surfaces,

10) removal of snow cleared from sidewalks and other road elements,

11. export of pollutants.

Under the contract, the Contractor undertakes to carry out the following works:

1) winter cleaning of sidewalks and parking spaces,

2) summer cleaning of sidewalks and parking spaces,

3) winter cleaning of stops,

4) summer cleaning of stops,

5) winter cleaning of roads for bicycles,

6) collecting pollutants from the main communication routes,

7) ad hoc cleansing,

8) intervention purification,

9) ad hoc snow removal along with sprinkling of the indicated surfaces,

10) removal of snow cleared from sidewalks and other road elements,

The contracting authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ employees based on an employment contract to carry out the following works:

1) winter cleaning in the AL variant (specified in Part II, paragraph 3 point 3.2 of Annex 2 to the model contract), i.e.

In the absence of snowfall and atmospheric phenomena causing winter slipperiness /pigeonhead, saddle, dreaming drizzle/ carrying out the following works on the sites referred to in Annex No 1 to the contract:

(a) thorough cleaning of the areas referred to in points 1A, 2 and 5 of Annex 1 to the Agreement

from all impurities /papers, cigarette butts, foil, sand, leaves, grass overgrowths, glass, etc./ together with the cap,

b) thorough cleaning of the areas referred to in point 3 of Annex 1 to the contract from all impurities /papers, cigarette butts, foil, sand, leaves, grass overgrowth, glass, etc./ together with the trimmer, taking into account the cleaning of troughs and inlets of sewage manholes constituting elements of drainage of the road surface and pavements (if the above elements of road infrastructure are present in the light of the stop),

(c) in addition, in the case of stops (heading referred to in point 3 of Annex 1

To the contract):

Break up and remove stickers and announcements from posts and stop cars,

Removal of dust and other dirt from the stop benches,

Removal of impurities, leaves, branches, etc. from the surface of the roof of the stop carport.

d) maintaining cleanliness on formed snow piles /if they occur/, i.e. removing impurities such as cigarette butts, bottles, papers, etc. and their ventilation (by puncturing the prisms with a sharp tool),

(e) the current export and disposal of the collected pollutants.

2) summer cleaning (referred to in Part III, paragraph 3 point 3.3 of Annex 2 to the model contract) consisting in:

a) cleaning the areas referred to in point 1B and point 2 of Annex 1 to the Contract from all impurities including overgrowth of grasses and weeds, residual soil, sand, garbage, papers, cardboard boxes, glass leaflets and other impurities, including cutting off the edges of the lawn,

b) cleaning the areas referred to in point 3 of Annex 1 to the Contract from all contaminants, including overgrowth of grasses and weeds, residual land, sand, garbage, papers, cardboard boxes, leaflets, glass and other impurities, including cutting off the edges of the lawn and cleaning the troughs and inlets of sewage manholes constituting elements of drainage of the road surface and pavements (provided that the above road infrastructure elements occur in the light of the stop),

c) cyclic cleaning must guarantee the effect of a thoroughly cleaned surface of the entire area covered by the treatment,

(d) in the case of stops:

Removing impurities, leaves, branches, etc. from the surface of the roofs of the stop carport,

Break up and remove stickers and announcements from the posts and stop shatters,

Removing dirt from the benches,

(e) the export and disposal of the collected impurities.

(a) thorough cleaning of the areas referred to in points 1A, 2 and 5 of Annex 1 to the Agreement

from all impurities /papers, cigarette butts, foil, sand, leaves, grass overgrowths, glass, etc./ together with the cap,

b) thorough cleaning of the areas referred to in point 3 of Annex 1 to the contract from all impurities /papers, cigarette butts, foil, sand, leaves, grass overgrowth, glass, etc./ together with the trimmer, taking into account the cleaning of troughs and inlets of sewage manholes constituting elements of drainage of the road surface and pavements (if the above elements of road infrastructure are present in the light of the stop),

(c) in addition, in the case of stops (heading referred to in point 3 of Annex 1

To the contract):

Break up and remove stickers and announcements from posts and stop cars,

Removal of dust and other dirt from the stop benches,

Removal of impurities, leaves, branches, etc. from the surface of the roof of the stop carport.

d) maintaining cleanliness on formed snow piles /if they occur/, i.e. removing impurities such as cigarette butts, bottles, papers, etc. and their ventilation (by puncturing the prisms with a sharp tool),

(e) the current export and disposal of the collected pollutants.

2) summer cleaning (referred to in Part III, paragraph 3 point 3.3 of Annex 2 to the model contract) consisting in:

a) cleaning the areas referred to in point 1B and point 2 of Annex 1 to the Contract from all impurities including overgrowth of grasses and weeds, residual soil, sand, garbage, papers, cardboard boxes, glass leaflets and other impurities, including cutting off the edges of the lawn,

b) cleaning the areas referred to in point 3 of Annex 1 to the Contract from all contaminants, including overgrowth of grasses and weeds, residual land, sand, garbage, papers, cardboard boxes, leaflets, glass and other impurities, including cutting off the edges of the lawn and cleaning the troughs and inlets of sewage manholes constituting elements of drainage of the road surface and pavements (provided that the above road infrastructure elements occur in the light of the stop),

c) cyclic cleaning must guarantee the effect of a thoroughly cleaned surface of the entire area covered by the treatment,

(d) in the case of stops:

Removing impurities, leaves, branches, etc. from the surface of the roofs of the stop carport,

Break up and remove stickers and announcements from the posts and stop shatters,

Removing dirt from the benches,

(e) the export and disposal of the collected impurities.
