The estimated total value of the contract exceeds EUR 144,000 and includes:
1. value of the basic order
2. value of the option right with 20% of the value of the basic order
3. value of anticipated 'similar' orders from art. 67.1.6 Public Procurement Law in the amount of 20% of the value of the basic order
