The assignment includes the provision of cleaning maintenance (daily, periodic and directing activities) including floor maintenance based on actions and window cleaning.

The scope of the assignment is for:

- Cleaning maintenance: approximately 10,000 m2 gross floor area,

- Window cleaning façade glass: approximately 6,000 m2 gross area (measured on both sides),

- Window washing separation glass: approximately 2,000 m2 gross area (measured on both sides).

Spread over 4 school locations and a staff office and spread over the places Venlo (3) and Tegelen (1).
